Gym was good, Breakfast included eggs and some sort of meat, great for people cutting their sugars. Coffee, tea and lemon ice water offered all day long. The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops,
restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and
