,Seneca Allegany, through letsbookhotel.com.. We got a great rate, on a
magnificent room. We saw pictures, but were still surprised how
beautiful the hotel, and especially the room was, when we arrived. One
of the nicest rooms ever.. Great Location, Mountain rising right from
the back of the hotel, easy , right off the highway.

The staff was extremely friendly and experienced. Eric at the front desk was very knowledgeable about restaurants, family activities, World Cup events that were happening that week. Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths. It was a wonderful place to escape and relax. -

The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -
