This B&B is beautiful! We loved that each morning the chef would make four gourmet breakfast options made with fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs from their garden... and that was in addition to the wonderful continental buffet. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be coming back! -

The owner was so kind that he changed my room on upstairs to the most easily accessible one on downstairs!!! I was so touched by genuine kindness from all the stuff , too. This is the best inn I have ever stayed! Thank you for your hospitality.

The Hotel was spotless top to bottom, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for the diet concious. It is located right midwon on Park Avenue and 26th avenue while stillbeing reasonbly prized. The metro is just a couple of blocks away andlots of things can also be down by feet. This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast and the room was very new and the beds were very nice and the linens and pillows were very nice. The staff coudn't have been nicer. They should be rewarded for their friendliness including the breakfast area staff. -

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!

Large rooms with kitchenette make travelling comfortable. The little on site shop was especially useful and we would not hesitate to use this Hotel when next in the area. -
Spotless suites with desk area, rolling office chair, lounge chair, a big closet and a well equipped kitchen. Restaurants were within walking distance.

Historic, gorgeous Inn with tons of character, both inside and out. Decorated in unique Adirondack style. Awesome whirlpool and indoor pool on the ground floor. Spa is renowned. Breakfast buffet in The View restaurant was delicious. Room was plenty big for three women and tastefully decorated. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.
