Decor was bright and made the room a pleasant place to stay. Comfortable bed, pillows ok, temperature adjustment was unique and accurate.

I was plesantly suprised when we arrived at this hotel. I had expected the on-line pictures to have offered more than would be delivered. Compared to many other places we've stayed over the years, this place is wonderful. I already recommended it to my sister. The staff was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was included in our room rate. The breakfast manager, Lisa, treated us like family and ran the area like it was her home visiting with each table throughout our meal. Luis, the omelet chef, was excellent! We were amazed at how he cooked three omelets and two waffles

everything u could ask for. Everything !! short walk to the #1 subway
line which takes u all the way down to battery park. There are
housing projects directly behind thebuilding, but there was no
trouble at all & that just added to the whole atmosphere of
staying in ny. They put on several events on each day & night so
u get to meet a lot of other travelers & explore in a group.

when I parked for a moment (illegally) in front of the hotel, the
concierge immediately came from behind his desk and walked outside with

The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -
