This B&B is beautiful! We loved that each morning the chef would make four gourmet breakfast options made with fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs from their garden... and that was in addition to the wonderful continental buffet. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be coming back! -

The owner was so kind that he changed my room on upstairs to the most easily accessible one on downstairs!!! I was so touched by genuine kindness from all the stuff , too. This is the best inn I have ever stayed! Thank you for your hospitality.

The Hotel was spotless top to bottom, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for the diet concious. Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast and the room was very new and the beds were very nice and the linens and pillows were very nice. The staff coudn't have been nicer. They should be rewarded for their friendliness including the breakfast area staff. -

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

I especially liked the friendly and helpful staff. The welcoming atmosphere when we first arrived was very nice. The location is close to some scenic views, a lake, and a resort area, yet it is also just off the interstate. -

Staff did everything possible to solve the problems we experienced with the refrigerator. The incident re: the lost sleep time was unfortunate. The hotel did compensate us for both issues and that was appreciated.

It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops,
restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and

This hotel as of April 2013 even has a 'new' smell to it. When
we entered our room, that was my first impression! We've never
stayed in a hotel where it was so new and the staff was so accomodating.

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful if we had a problem. The facilities were very nice and decorated with more flair than the usual insipid hotel room. The Bayside Inn is right on the shore of Lake Otesago and the property
is beautiful with a rustic feel. We stayed in the Inn, not the cottages,
but the room was clean and even better than we expected. They even have
cheap canoe/kayak rentals for the lake. Totally a find, this hotel. -
