The Hotel was spotless top to bottom, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for the diet concious. Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast and the room was very new and the beds were very nice and the linens and pillows were very nice. The staff coudn't have been nicer. They should be rewarded for their friendliness including the breakfast area staff. -

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.

It was so close to where our son is going to college (SUNY Cortland) We could get him moved in and a short trip, we were relaxing.! Try to reserve a room for "parents weekend" was sad to hear all booked up. Will try to call to see if there were any cancellations. LOVED the woman in the breakfast room!!! What a doll! Well managed with a very attentive and helpful staff. The room we had was very comfortable with excellent beds for getting a good nights rest. While there is very little to do in the immediate area, it is located in such a place to facilitate getting to Lake Champlain, Ausable Chasm, Lakes Placis and Saranac and many other outdoor venues.
