Great Location, Mountain rising right from the back of the hotel, easy , right off the highway.

  The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem. The rooms are older, but are SUPER clean. The beds are comfortable and made with the nicest - Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant. Our positive feeling about our stay is that we reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this hotel. - We loved area.   I loved the big Plasma TV and I loved that the bedding was crisp and clean. Also the bathrooms were spotless. - staff was very knowledgeable of the area. My husband and I found this very helpful.

Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food!
