  We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I have no idea how she did it but she upgraded my room to a complimentary suite, all this because of an old war injury, and to top it off, a big thank you for m
