Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. Very good location near airport and close to restaurants etc so very convenient.
Also the room A/C is very quiet so you can sleep without hearing the A/C cycle on and off all night - this seems to be a rarity these days

Really pleased with our choice. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Large, well equipped room, reception staff helpful and very pleasant. Remember to flag down the Hilton courtesy bus at the airport, otherwise it will just drive through, and they're only every half an hour. -

The room was spacious and comfortable with a really nice green and white colour scheme, the bed was also very comfortable. I was very happy the room had a view which I had asked for. An excellent hotel! As we we would be only for one night in Miami (we would catch the flight back to Brazil next morning), we chose the hotel based on two needs: proximity to the airport and that the room was silent. We got a deal through booking and chose the Embassy, and were very pleased. New facilities, a good breakfast, a room and spacious (we can organize four big bags with ease in the room). Rooms so comfortable, staff - oh so helpful and wonderful - very
accomodating. They were always looking for ways to assist you. I was
overwhelmed when I realised I forgot one of my hand luggage at the
hotel, and they facilitated me by having someone bring it to me at the

We stayed there twice on our way to central america we stopped off for a couple of days to do some shopping, so convenient airport shuttle as well as shuttle to outlet and nice pool also only 20 min to south beach will stay there again -

Is the best relation cost/value I´ve found in Miami especially at Doral during the last 3 years. Really well located for many purposes: business, shopping and tourism.
Instalations cleaned, well maintained, looks new.
The kitchenette is perfect for family with childrens.
The personal is really nice, especially thanks to Ivan, Michelle and Mario. -

Very friendly and helpful staff. The 24hr lobby and emergency food was a good backup to being able to have takeaway delivered to my room. The late check-out was a nice surprise and made my long journey from Oz to St Martin a much easier trip. I would recommend Quality without hesitation.
