Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. Very good location near airport and close to restaurants etc so very convenient.
Also the room A/C is very quiet so you can sleep without hearing the A/C cycle on and off all night - this seems to be a rarity these days

Really pleased with our choice. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Large, well equipped room, reception staff helpful and very pleasant. Remember to flag down the Hilton courtesy bus at the airport, otherwise it will just drive through, and they're only every half an hour. -

The room was spacious and comfortable with a really nice green and white colour scheme, the bed was also very comfortable. I was very happy the room had a view which I had asked for. An excellent hotel! As we we would be only for one night in Miami (we would catch the flight back to Brazil next morning), we chose the hotel based on two needs: proximity to the airport and that the room was silent. We got a deal through booking and chose the Embassy, and were very pleased. New facilities, a good breakfast, a room and spacious (we can organize four big bags with ease in the room). We stayed there twice on our way to central america we stopped off for a couple of days to do some shopping, so convenient airport shuttle as well as shuttle to outlet and nice pool also only 20 min to south beach will stay there again -

Its convenience to the airport and port of miami.
Stayed one night but was well looked after the staff were really helpful.
I booked 2 rooms which were clean and had all we needed for the night.
They were obviously busy at times but whenever myself or a family member approached a member of staff they were patient and helpful. -
