its was so easy to check in and check out , the room is nice i didnt imagine its going to be that nice , and its massive location is so good was only few minutes from the cornishe and few minutes driving to marina mall staff was friendly and helpfull when i was strugeling to get into my bus station. -

Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty
cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a
suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of
check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to
allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

Staff is cooperative.
Bathroom was quite spacious.
Room has LCD and curtains were quite thick, means not allowing light to come inside. You can enjoy complete dark environment. These both things are very rare in Dubai hotels.
It's really value for money. -

Me and my husband spent 3 nights in the hotel. The most surprising thing was that our room was equipped with a small kitchen with all the utilities including a washing machine and a dryer. The buffet in the restaurant is amazing. One of the nights I ordered food into the room and again it was more than great! I highly recommend this hotel. -

I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests. I like the view from my room at 16th floor, the SPA, the swimming pool at 17th floor, the live music in the second floor bar and everything. I really loved and enjoyed staying at sands hotel. We stayed only one night, so were not able to get the full sense of a longer visit. However, our brief overnight was lovely and the staff were congenial and most helpful. - Hotel is in the Middle of the business area with quick and very easy access to restaurants and shopping facilites

Location close to many eateries + shops. City location.Taxis nearby so no problem. Valet parking (cheap all day parking AED15 coupon which can be used around the city). Friendly staff. Requests with extra bedding, towels, help with washing machine etc all fulfilled in minutes. -
