  Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. Would recommend this hotel without reservation. - The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

These both things are very rare in Dubai hotels.   Me and my husband spent 3 nights in the hotel. The most surprising thing was that our room was equipped with a small kitchen with all the utilities including a washing machine and a dryer. The buffet in the restaurant is amazing. One of the nights I ordered food into the room and again it was more than great!
