The staff in this hostel provided an excellent service and answered all of our questions and queries in a polite and helpful way! They went out of their way to help us. Plus, their English was really amazing.

It is an almost perfect hostel. It is very well organised and run. The girls on reception are friendly and polite, especially Myrna. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The location is great and if you prefer not to walk up the steep hill to the old town, the metro is 5-mins away and very cheap. The food in the cafe was great and well priced. The service was a little slow but the staff were friendly. I had a great time here and is definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in in ov

Wonderful hostel. After booking we got a confirmation from the hostel with a good description on how to find it.
We were warmly welcomed, spontaneously given a map with a lot of tips about things to do and see in Kiev. The lady was very friendly and prepared a nice breakfast for us.

Замечательный администратор Настя все рассказала, показала, подсказала и указала на карте пеший туристический маршрут по основным достопримечательностям. Все чисто, аккуратно, уютно, сделан хороший ремонт. Из огромный плюсов бесплатный wi-fi, ночное заселение, завтрак, возможность оставить вещи после выселения.

The hostel's location is easy walking distance to the city centre. The staff were great; the floor of my room was a little dirty and when I mentioned this, the lady on reception was there to clean it herself within a couple of minutes. Plenty of very good showers.
