I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I was traveling with my small daughter. When we went for breakfast, they met up with a high chair for our use - I did not have to ask. The location cannot be beat. And, the cost was reasonable. We did not have to pay until we checked out so I liked that too.

Really, the hotel was just fantastic with nice little touches everywhere (fresh flowers in the reception area, etc.). The breakfast buffet was also terrific with a lot of selection and very fresh.

The 7th floor restaurant was excellent

The hotel was far too hot! <20 c ghouls be the temperature in corridors, instead it was >25. This is annoying if you need to wrap up warm for the cold outside, it leads to undignified dressing in the lobby or sweating on the trip out of the hotel

very handy location with metro and funicular on the doorstep providing easy access to the city. Nice surroundings in lively Podil area. Good working area in room.

The huge bath tub, the comfortable large bed, the pristine, cleanliness, and the amazing breakfast. I also liked the metro right next door.

The fourth floor is non smoking but the smell of cigarets is all over the floor. The furniture in the rooms can use an update.

Value for money - compared to many other hotels in the area it was much lower price, and everything I experienced was at least good.

Some of the rooms are fully equipped for the convenience of people with disabilities - the ramps in the shower, spacious bathrooms, all the necessary equipment - well done! The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, even letting us check in early after an overnight flight. The hotel is very clean and new. The room was very large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. There was a good variety on the breakfast bar. There were also many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as the convenience of the funicular and the metro right next to the hotel.

Great location 15 mins walk to main maiden square or right outside metro and funicular station. Clean big comfort rooms, free WiFi (bit patchy signal, but allows work to be done) amazing buffet breakfast, really friendly staff, lovely restaurant on top floor.

Seemed to be a lot of external functions held in the top floor summer terrance which closed it off to hotel residents. Not major but on a sunny day would have been nice to relax up there with a drink.

Our staying was perfect! Spectacular view from windows, good hotel accommodation, good hotel's taxis, clean comfortable room, tasty breakfast, excellent staff.

Always ask a bill at the restaurant. Sommelier Alexey is always trying to take the sum is more than the price at the menu, despite the generous tip (we left not less than 10%).

All was nice but for the front desk, not helpful at all. After check in at night next morning Anastasia was there and she took care of all

When i arrived in the eveninig i asked from the front desk to get me change for 100 HR so i can pay the taxi. He did not even check- said no and sent me to the restaurant; did not bother to call or help - very poor service - he should learn from Anastasia - AM staff

Welcome. Bellboys liked to watch how we transported ourselves the luggage. As well as during arrival as during check-out. No any enthusiasm from all Reception staff. Hell and heaven compared with the friendliness in Opera Hotel in Kiev.
