  The family room was an excellent size with a powerful shower and three full size beds. The staff were very friendly. It was in a lovely location a few miles from Oakham. We would definitely return. - Relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of staff, nice food, clean and comfortable bedroom, easy access to local main roads.

  The location on the banks of Rutland water are unbelievable. I am a regular user of this hotel and like it so much I came back for their Christmas package in 2008; I must say that the staff are always friendly and make you feel at home.
