  A real 5-star experience. The hotel excels at every opportunity. Staff are courteous and friendly. The building is amazing, the decor very pleasing. Our room was huge with everything we could need. So glad we chose to dine in the restaurant and relax after dinner in the Whisky Room where service and selection were excellent.   Unpretentious luxury. We chose a room with a patio as it could be used if it rained since it was beneath the balcony of the room above. It was large with plenty of storage space and comfy chairs & sofa. We requested and received sheets & blankets as we don’t get on with duvets. The lounge bar food was both - It is very difficult to find anything specific as everything was expected from seeing the reviews and pictures on the website, which totally do The Coniston justice. My partner is from Yorkshire and we visit regularly and the location was perfect. Just outside Skipton and on the outskirts of the stunning Dales National Park.   EVERYTHING was fabulous from the minute we walked in. We were greeted by the manager who showed us into the lounge where we had a scrumtious afternoon tea.we were then upgraded to a fabulous suite we even had our own xmas tree .this was our 2nd visit WE WILL BE BACK.. - The room was luxurious and we were given an upgrade due to the allocated ro... o que as pessoas dizem » om not being ready, even though we were an hour early!!
