The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.

I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly. Every one of them had a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were pleased to give ideas on things to do in Liverpool and obviously loved their city. The staff were much nicer than some in more expensive hotels. great location. Good value for your money. The front desk was excellent to deal with. My Beatle tour never showed up on the Sunday June 23 as it was previously booked 2 months prior. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional

Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. On top of it, excellent food and great location for a shopping day makes it a perfect location.Would love to go back -

Good sized room, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed, with the exception of it's size. Breakfast was also of very good quality. We will return.

The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). -

Also both my son and daughter forgot their toothbrushes and unfortunately there were no shops in the immediate vicinity to purchase these, but you graciously gave complimentary ones. - Thank you!

I actually wanted premier inn ormskirk road but, unfortunately it was fully booked for the grand national, however, Liverpool north was very accommodating as I am disabled and hadn't requested a disabled room, when I arrived the staff found me something very suitable and they did it without fuss. -
