We've stayed at Chalon Court a number of times (under its old name) as we have family in St Helens. The hotel is in a great location near the town centre and is the first hotel we check availability for when we go to the area. Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

We were only styaing overnight on this occasiion, for the NAFAS AGM so did not really have time to form an exact opinion.
