When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone

We came with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night we thought the hotel and grounds were gorgeous and the pool fantastic . The staff were Also very helpful and friendly. Maybe could have had a bit more choice for dinner but otherwise food lovely . Would highly recommend this hotel and have done X

Corridor to the rooms very quiet and beautiful carpet and lighting. Room massive and very comfortable felt very posh. staff were more than kind and with us in no time to help us with the safe that we lock by accdient. price was very reasonable for the standard. I will definately be returing to this hotel and spa.

I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
