Don't expect luxury for this sort of money in london! I stayed
across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly
more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a
quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest
positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

Brand new washer and dryer. Neighbourhood was solid working class, not scary to walk in at night. Little kitchenette in room worked well (full kitchen with oven was in common area and was very good).

I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. Will definitely stay

We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.

There were two guys at the check-in desk, one of them told us that our room would not be ready until 1.30pm (we checked in at 11am) but he was quickly overruled as the other man sent us straight to a room, he was very friendly and showed us where to go. I hd to upgrade to a family room when I got their as I had originally booked a basic double room for myself and a collegue. The owner of the hotel had advised me on the phone that I would need to upgrade and I only ad to pay the difference for the room, which ended up only being £100. I found the staff really helpful and the next time I travel to London I will be staying here.

Staff very good except for someone forgetting to be around to check me in when I arrived (at 19.45). Building contains company's offices so double check if arriving outside their hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Victoria line tube. Rooms seem spacious (always a plus with places also used for rentals). Well furnished on the whole.

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. -

You have absolutely everything you need if you are not easy going. It might be a bit cleaner but i didn't care because there were much more pluses then minuses. I appriciated the perfectly equipped kitchen, nice design, very comfortable beds, hot water at any time. I have seen many apartments all over Europe- these guys definitly understand travel

Great bijou apartment in Hackney London. These sweet apartments offer all you need for a self catering stay in London. We were lucky to have an apartment with a terrace. The apartments have all you require and are located an easy bus trip away from central London - numerous bus services are available across the road. There are numerous supermarkets close by with a Tesco express across the street. These apartments offer great value for money!

The aparment is big and very nice decorated. It has all the things you could need.
The people in the office was kind and efficient, by mail before arriving and there.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, you have some shops to buy food in the same block and lots of shops and a mall near the underground station, where you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes. You have 3 lines of underground there and buses to go everywhere.

The location was excellent . Near to lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Most London attractions were within 1-1.5 miles eg Houses of Parliament, Leicester Sq,Trafalgar Sq etc. Clean and tidy apartment with excellent facilities . -

Fantastic location in Shepherd's market. Near everything but very quiet. Spacious quarters with two separate rooms, a full kitchen, and separate beds for all three of us. -
Great location - local restaurants and pubs and walking distance to attractions.
