The lift is relatively small and needs a key to operate, which you will be given. Throughout the day and night your neighbours can operate the lift to their own apartments, this can be heard in the flat as the lift door opens directly in the hallways of each of the flats in the building.

In the heart of Pimlico, this townhouse features classic design with high ceilings and lattice-detail windows. Original features are combined with modern finishes. Some renovation works are going on in the neighbouring flat and they might cause disruptions during working hours until June 2014. There will be minimal noise disruption. Please note, sometimes the communal lift can be heard in the lounge. The hot water can take a few minutes to start up and you will need to leave the hot water to run until warm before having a shower. Access to the private Warwick Square is available upon request to onefinestay. No high noise levels are permitted in the building and since one of the neighbours is blind, please be careful not to leave obstacles in the hallway. Unfortunately this home is unsuitable for children and babies.
