The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

The aparment is big and very nice decorated. It has all the things you could need.
The people in the office was kind and efficient, by mail before arriving and there.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, you have some shops to buy food in the same block and lots of shops and a mall near the underground station, where you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes. You have 3 lines of underground there and buses to go everywhere.

It locates in very good place, 2 min walking distance from the train and bus station. Also, Tesco supermarket just around the corner.
We booked studio and the upgraded to two bed room apartment (free of charge) also, they agreed to give a late checkout until 2:00 PM.

The location of the apartments were close to shops, bars and transport, which was very handy. The view from the balcony was amazing and felt like our own purchased apartment. The price was amazing compared to other places within London, would definately stay again

The apartment was excellently located. Very close to the North Clapham tube stop with many shops and restaurants surrounding it. It was very clean, the beds were comfy; having a fully appointed kitchen was a huge benefit - there's even a clothes washer. The wifi was great. everything about the hotel was very nice to a very high standard. the staff were very polite and welcoming. i loved the decor of the hotel very high class quality specs all over. close to the city centre no noise even though its right by the main road. it was just a lovely place to stay and i will definetly stay there again. highly recommended -

When I first walked in my first reaction was "wow". We stayed
in a 1 bedroom higher floor apartment and the views were fantastic!!
Spotless, fab decor, everything u need in the kitchen, bed was very
comfy, bathroom was spotless, parking right next to the apartments-
£7.50 for 24hours. We had an amazing time and Didnt want to leave.
Can't wait to go back!
