  We arrived at 11.15am and the Receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early as we were going to a football match. All the staff during the stay were very friendly.   I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive. Lovely facilities & extremely clean with excellent tea tray (everyone needs a decent cuppa!). Bathroom perfect & beautiful views over the Humber bridge. Very well priced for a luxury break and definitely a recommended wedding venue.

  Although booked as a B&B there is a restaurant. The food is very good with excellent sized portions for those with the larger appetite. The room was basic but good with ensuite and no noise from the public area. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
