Lou and Paul are great hosts who make you feel very welcome. The hotel was very comfortable, good quality bed linen and towels, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the Beach (although there is lots of building work there at present. Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful. Parking wasnt a problem, free wifi, good location for beach access and a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable with good size bathroom and excellent shower. Best B&B in the area and great value.

Very comfortable, clean room and the owners are lovely, helpful, very accommodating and so friendly. Great being able to park on the street right outside (permit issued by the owners on arrival). Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. I chose a full English which was cooked to perfection and much appreciated! Would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Carol, Nigel and Amy are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are great and Burlington Quays is lovely and clean. The nearness of the beach is an added bonus (less than a few minutes walk)and everything together made for a very relaxing holiday. We hope to be back again in the near future. -

The bedroom was a lovely large comfortable room with plenty of storage space, comfy bed and dressing gown n slippers if we wanted to use them, food was great in there comfortable dining area and staff was lovely. We will definitely be going back ourselves.
