  Please regard us as an immature mature couple. Stayed in the recently-converted hayloft on a cold November night and therefore I am unable to give a comprehensive review. The lady of the house was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The room we stayed was absolutely SPOTLESS and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were great, clean warm and nicely furnished. The breakfast was fantastic too, and no waiting. I'll definitely be returning.

  An absolute joy to stay in; for the price it was fantastic, so much so I will always try to book my time in Hull there! 5 mins walk from the good part of the town. - It's cosy, clean, excellent value and there is so much to eat for breakfast it could keep you going 'till tea. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hull

Convenient free parking with CCTV. Five minute walk to Hull Old Town. Room spotlessy clean and very comfortable with views across the Humber. Couldn't get out the jacquzzi, wanted to stay all week! My room service food was excellent too, not ridiculous prices. Bar is nice.   This is a hotel which has got the basics right. It has pleasing architecture and the staff are attentive and friendly . It is a most pleasant place to stay and has an ambience of comfort and security. The interior is well kept and the vaulted cielings are a delight. - Friendly staff, clean room, good food, would definitely stay again
