  we found the staff friendly,and attentive,nothing was too much trouble.The hotel was very clean and modern.The position of the hotel was very near to the seafront ,quiet,nearto shops,theatre ,cinema,etc.Food was well presented ,plenty of choice,good cooking.the parking was private around the back,also a courtyard to sit out around the back. - .   We had a lovely stay here , the staff are really friendly and helpful and it has a lovely atmosphere. The food is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Everyone made us feel welcome and it is very child friendly and makes a good base for sightseeing in Wales .
