The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The sea view from the room was one of the best we have ever had. Throughout the hotel, it was clean and in good decorative order. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

town. The hotel in my opinion is the best positioned hotel in Tenby

Staff were very obliging. Beakfast was served to you which is a novelty these days and all the staff were polite, helpful and had time for a word with you. Would not suit any one disabled because there were a lot of steps, despite there being a lift, the steps needed negoiating for reception breakfast etc. The view at the hotel over Tenby was a 10 out of 10 but you need to appreciate the hotel is positioned on a hill so you need to be able to walk up and down to get in to Tenby and back.

Everything - Good directions made it easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was in good order, sizeable and comfortable. Food was mainly good, although the coracle caught sea trout let it down, being rather tasteless.
