  Very lovely place with friendly staff. - Lovely room, huge comfortable bed and the food in the restaurant was very nice, although a little expensive. There was a really good selection of different choices for the breakfast (full english, scrambled eggs, continental, etc) all of which were included in the price of the room.

  On arrival we were delighted to be told of our upgrade to a beautiful suite and escorted by the receptionist. My husband went to reception to report a faulty fan in the room. A replacement fan was brought to the room immediately by the receptionist. Thank you. Will definately return to this hotel as it is the best we have found in the area, and - The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival they upgraded me from a standard room to the Dinefwr Suite - the best room in the hotel! The suite was very luxurious - a huge bed with a lovely view down the valley - a huge bathroom - I couldn't fault it. The perfect retreat for a romantic break - just a shame I was on business! Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and service was extremely quick given that the hotel was full.

  The staff were very friendly and professional, and we were welcomed warmly. The room (China) was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom with both bath and shower. Home made biscuits added a nice touch. The restaurant is in a new conservatory and is delightful, whilst the food itself was outstanding..I Had the best welsh lamb cannon I hav - Great atmosphere, and lovely friendly staff. The rooms were wonderful. We were so taken with the hotel, we extended our stay - which the staff managed for us perfectly. The restaurant was excellent, and a nice place for an evening. The bar likewise, good ales and wine, and the atmosphere of a good pub (with a great terrace too, if the sun's shining) - perfect. The breakfasts were great too.

We had fantastic weekend in Tenby and will definitely return to this Hotel
