There were two aspects of our stay at Chester's Stone Villa Guest
House which I feel are particularly worthy of an especial mention.
Firstly, the genuine warmth and sincerity of the owners'
hospitality. 'They couldn't do enough for us' is a bit of a
cliché, but I found that Dave, Kirsty and Stephen were all very
professional, courteous, friendly,

I went to Chester for a birthday weekend, and was not disappointed.The
hotel had been given excellent reviews, and so that's why we chose
it. We were not disappointed, ... when we arrived both Kirstie and David
welcomed us and were very attentive, fetching our cases, recommending a
beautiful Italian restaurant to us and even booked the restaurant and
taxi. We stayed in Room 5 and was pleasantly surprised, the room and
bathroom were spacious, the bedding was beautiful, the room had fruit in
it,

The owners were friendly and welcoming. The cooked breakfast was very good and there was plenty choice of cereals, fruit and juice. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was well heated. The car park was easily accessible around the rear of the hotel. -

We had a great stay at Kilmorey Lodge. Great location for the town
centre £3 odd in a taxi, but far enough away to enjoy a relaxing day if
you wanted. There's a pub directly opposite that does great food
too. All in all a great little place. Will definitely be returning to
Kilmorey Lodge. -

The location is ideal if you want to be away from the city centre hustle and bustle a level 15 minutes stroll will get you there. Mark and his wife were very friendly and helpful gave us a lovely welcome on arrival. Our room was very clean bright and well equipped. Breakfast was spot on! Really good location for the City Centre. Mark gave us a map on arrival and let us know what was going on in the City for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

It's a quiet, friendly and welcoming place to stay. Such love and care have gone into making everyone's stay a great one. The room was peaceful, well appointed and immaculately clean. The breakfast was excellent! Definitely the best place I have stayed in Chester, so look NO further than Lavender Lodge!!

As a B&B this has far better facilities than most 5-star hotels - everything has been built on a 'top-quality' basis and it shows - in addition, unlike most hotels you are looked after by the owners in excellent style. Choose this and you will want to come back again and again - already planning our next visit! -

This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were very very comfortable and warm(especially in the spring weather we have at the moment!) the beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious, the room has everytthing you have in your own bedroom.....very much home from home feeling.

The room is not large, but the smart use of the space makes it quite
comfotable. I have been to larger rooms that look much smaller than the
one I got. The family that runs the place is very friendly and helpful.
Everything is clean, good large windows and much light, all items modern
and in perfect maintenance. The breakfast is ok. The good value for the
money is the most important point. I would stay there again.

Family run old Manor, welcoming, little home made cakes in the lovely hall. Sammie (daughter) and John (father) were so friendly and really made us feel at home.
