The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and
the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating,
updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception
even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and
madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities

Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind.
Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

The staff approach to guests always friendly and smiles. Management always on hand to assist, which they did on every occasion which I needed assistance.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our bedroom overlooked the sea - lovely view. Although small, the pool is an added attraction.There is a great promenade behind the hotel running along the sea-front.. - The indoor swimming pool was pleasant, and quiet. Lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had not checked that the bed in our room would have no foot-board (I am 6'3") but she changed it to one without quickly and without fuss. Fantastic staff, the chef whose food is amazing very kindly took myself and another hotel guest to the Airport and back early in the morning. The room I had was well equipped and a good size. A very friendly place to stay.
