We stayed in a family room in the annexe, next-door to the main lodge - very warm & clean. It was great to park our car right beside our bedroom window & have our dog stay. We were on a National Trust property tour and this was an ideal stop off point to visit three in that area. Very friendly helpful staff. Very pleasant chalet type rooms. Super food and beer! Also close to visit Cambridge.

The staff are very friendly with big smiles. The restaurant staff during the breakfast were very welcoming and the breakfast was so good. The location is very quite and handy to the centre if you have got a car. My son enjoyed it a lot and considered it as one of his best hotel expereinces. It was mention that the car parking is for £8/day but it was for free :) !! Thanks.

Nice and very helpful staff, ready to make small, but significant favours (like offering an extra duvet or calling a taxi on a foggy early morning) when it matters the most. Clean premises, comfy bed, clean linens and towels. Rather small rooms, but intelligently arranged. A thumbs-up for the simple, but tasty breakfast (oh, les croissants! :)). A 10 minutes' walk to the city centre. Great!

We found the BandB extremely clean (the bathrooms were really nice and spotless) and charming (the room was extremely hairy and big) , full of life and well managed. A parte antiga e a tradição dentro do possível. A recuperação e acréscimo ndos anos 60 é monstruosa!! - É um hotel muito bonito situado num edifício histórico, muito bem localizado. Tem salões lindissimos e o pequeno almoço é bastante razoavel. É pena que esteja em elevado estado de degradação.
