The staff were helpful and it was very comfortable and it all worked well. Nearly everything. Very well thought out, good quality fittings. The privacy, space and quiet. Location to town centre. Decor Cleanliness. It would be helpful to override the heating and turn it on during the night as I was cold. We could not change it and there were no instructions about it in the Guest Book.
