The apartment was good, well secured and nearness to the shopping center. The place was large enough and had mostly all that is needed for short stay. That was our 2nd time of using this facility.
Nicely appointed apartment close to the centre of town yet tucked away in a quiet location. Very good value and an ideal base for exploring Cheltenham.

I spoke to the manager about the payment problem, I encounter while trying to register, the website to roombooked.com showed £220. but did not accept the payment, while letsbookhotel.com had £330, for the same apartment, I was told if I booked through the office £330 will be fee, could you please look into this.
I also called and told the office and on my booking, I stated we would prefer the ground floor, this was not given.
Batteries in remotes dead,dying. Bed not the most comfortable but great for price.
Smoker downstairs smelt as if he/she were in the room- came through vents?
Bed very hard. Table with 3 chairs. There were 5 of us! TV remote no batteries. Carpets were old and grubby. Couldn't work the oven? ? No instructions.

We asked for twin but got doubles. Sofa was comfy but looked shabby.
broken tile on bathroom floor, broken towel rail.Double bed when twin beds requested, also third person found it difficult to sleep with boiler firing through the night.

If you do not want your holidays ruined do not book with this apartments. Do not take for granted what they will tell you over the phone it may change.
