... o que as pessoas dizem » e wanted to lie in. - I was impressed by this hotel. It was easy to find, close to the seafront and walking distance of where I needed to be for my work. The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.

I thought it would be awful based on the reviews here but was so
pleasently suprised. The staff were great. The rooms are budget
accomadation with far better facilities than a hostel. You get your own
toilet and shower, tv, towels, full length mirror and tea facilities.
For the price they charge you are really getting a bargain. I would stay

Cost effective for a group of lads who would only be using the room to shower and sleep.
Made to feel welcome and provided facilities to store our bikes.
We got what we paid for which was a room with a television, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds and a en-suite bathroom with a decent shower.
The hotel was near the seafront so not far to walk to find somewhere to eat and drink.

The hotel was clean and so close to the pier. Great location, great value for money and lovely owners. Definately recommend it for those looking to stay in a small hotel in Brighton.

Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. I liked that is was fairly close to Brighton town centre. It was cheap, cosy, clean and the service was very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient having the restaurant in the same building and if we wanted a drink we did not have to worry about driving anywhere.
