  Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc. Have to admit that the hotel amenities are not the best but got a very spacious room w... o que as pessoas dizem » ith double bed (although I booked a single room), internet was decent (£10 a week), and its within walking distance from the Luton Airport Parkway sta - greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

  Staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and happy to help. I requested extra pillows,and theye arrived within 15mins. Disabled Parking and facilities were excellent. Will be using again!!!!!!! - Easy to locate off the M1. Stayed Sunday night for Monday flight from Luton Airport. Good rooms, clean and comfortable.

  What a lovely hotel Archways Lodge is - friendly staff, spot on cleanliness, the most comfy bed I have ever slept in, kitchenette facilites a bonus! I adored the decoration and the personal touches. I have never stayed in a hotel and found funny little figurines and air freshner in the bathroom! It was almost home from home which tempts me to say ... o que as pessoas dizem » that I would have appreciated a lounge area to experience and enjoy even more this tastefully furbished building. - Very warm welcome by the two members of staff - one of them went the extra mile and printed a map and directions to a wedding venue in the middle of nowhere! Room was ready by noon which allowed us to change for wedding. Whilst no restaurant there was a very useful "kitchen in a cupboard" with some nice touches - coffee, orange juice, crisps, microwave, wine glasses etc. Plenty of parking. The "chambermaid" was a hoot!
