We arrived really late and left really early so unfortunately justslept, but we were very impressed with The Stables and perhaps willreturn one day with more time to relax and enjoy! - great hotel,nice friendly staff,rooms very cosy and clean,quiet location,nice food. will be staying here again and will also recomend

Had good reports from friends about The Outbuildings and were not
disappointed. Good contact prior to arrival so we were able to book in
early to change for a business meeting. Made very welcome and offered
coffee & cake after our journey. The room was spotless, warm
(freezing outside) and very comfortable. Sympathetically restored

English breakfast was just right - local produce, full of flavour and

Beautiful setting, big room, huge bathroom (we were in the twin room).
Staff and owner were very welcoming and helpful, the owner knows
Anglesey (and maybe all Wales ?) very well and gave us very good
indications about where to find standing stones and how to go to
Dolgellau to have beautiful views (much better road than one indicated
by our gps and longer by only 2 minutes)

What a gem! First of all, the location was magnificent! I wish we could
have stayed so much longer. The room and bath were huge and so very
comfortable. The shower was amazing and that from two very spoiled
Americans! The food and service in the restaurant were exceptional. The

Yours is a terrific hotel. The position by the bridges is marvellous.(great walks, history, spectacular scenery). The room decor is highly original - the most stylish I've seen in 25 years of visiting over 70 countries (I'm a lecturer in Tourism Studies).
The service was exceptional e.g. my car broke down and the lovely hotel receptionist hung on the line for 15 minutes to book the AA to fix it. I arrived at 1.00 a.m. off the boat, but there was a personable night manager who'd waited up to ch
