  We received a very warm welcome from the owners, Michelle and Michael, who were very accommodating to our needs. The full English breakfast is generous and well cooked and the conservatory affords lovely views of the garden and the mountains. Ideally located for our planned visits where welcoming suggestions for further activities were offered. Due to its rural location I would say you definately need transport of some form as the neighbouring villages and surrounding areas have a lot to offer.

  Friendly staff, good sized room for a family of 5. Clean and good sized bathroom with plenty of towels provided at no extra cost. We have just booked again for two nights. - This is our second visit to Tafarn y Rhos. Everyone was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. As before, the food was excellent and now the wholesome cooked breakfast is included in the price. The mattress was very comfortable and we will be returning. The hotel is fairly close to Trac Mon, Anglesey's racing circuit, which suits us well.
