We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Our room was bright and very comfortable. Nice to have a separate living area which is unusual to find in most hotel rooms. Spa and pool area also very pleasant. Good choice of food at breakfast each morning. Wifi fabulous, fastest we have experienced anywhere! -

Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The warm afternoon drinks on the patio was a perfect welcome. Saunas and hot tub were very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Good breakfast.
