Loved just about everything. The location is amazing. The apartments are beautifully furnished with high-quality fittings. The view from the balcony, of the mountains, was breath-taking! And the sauna/wellness room... that was a real treat. -

From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself.
The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for.
We only wished we were staying longer!

The family receptionists! When we arrived dogged tired at 10pm, we were greeted warmly by the elder of the Stamatakis brothers and shown to our nice, comfortable and warm looking room. We were very surprised by the gesture because this is the first time happening for us since we are in a budget tour. The hotel is modern looking yet retain the feel of the past. Residence manager was very helpful & friendly. Proximity to train station and grocers, excellent "top quality" furnishings, well-equpped kitchen, large fridge, nice patio, twin beds were very comfortable, we tested hideabed in living room and it was excellent. Sauna & steam room looked great although we didn't use them.
