Loved just about everything. The location is amazing. The apartments are beautifully furnished with high-quality fittings. The view from the balcony, of the mountains, was breath-taking! And the sauna/wellness room... that was a real treat. -

The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Everything was great! Service is perfect. Spa zone is wonderfull. Staff is very welcome. Be ready that you should put on the jacket for a dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. - Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, excellent staff and great facilities. Will definitely revisit.

We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.
