  no need to drive up to davos as the hotel is situated right across from the train station. the hotel is very stylish and a 5 minute walk from the city centre and jakobshorn funicular station. the rooms are very cozy and the beds very comfortable. on my last stay I had a smaller bathroom then usual. ( my 3rd stay) I noticed that the standard rooms ... o que as pessoas dizem » all look a bit different. the rooms are very clean. the hotel offers a welcome drink at the bar and chocolates and cookies in the room:) there are th - Superb design and top quality restaurants. Service is really good. If you like hiking, they even provide a proper backpack for you to use, in case you dont have one or it isnt suited for that. Lovely lovely place. It is more expensive than the average around, but totally worth it.

  Hotel Bernina1865 is definitely the best hotel during our visit in Switzerland. My dad and I were planned to stay in St.Moritz; however, we found it too expensive to stay there. Instead, we choose Hotel Bernina1865 located in Samedan. This quiet and beautiful town was just 7 mins train away from St. Moritz. We are really appreciated for the gentleman's - The family receptionists! When we arrived dogged tired at 10pm, we were greeted warmly by the elder of the Stamatakis brothers and shown to our nice, comfortable and warm looking room. We were very surprised by the gesture because this is the first time happening for us since we are in a budget tour. The hotel is modern looking yet retain the feel of the past.   We stayed in davos for a congress, just opposite of the hotel in the davos congress center. Our stay was very delightful, the service was excellent, the staff very kind and helpful in case of special requests, the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and much cheaper than anticipated. The rooms are an adequate size for 2 travellers, each room has a balcony of good size. As it's less than a year old the fit out is still in excellent condition.
