The staff was so friendly and helpful. They really made my stay enjoyable. It was my first time to Sweden, and the first trip I have ever taken by myself... and the staff and hotel was exactly what I needed to have a great experience...thank you! - everything, was excellent. Buffet breakfast excellent, facilities excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, both reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. The room was lovely: extremely comfortable bed and bedding, a comfortable arm chair with a good reading light, and a desk for writing, and generally lots of space.
