  Helpful staff. There are no laundrettes in Luleå, but the hotel owner arranged for my clothes to be washed in the hotel's washing machine. The hotel only has a limited number of private parking spaces, but the hotel owner provided me with a tourist parking card so that I could park my car for free just outside the hotel door. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the railway station and close to the (very nice) town centr - The staff was so accommodating. She gave me information on a variety of topics, but most importantly, she got me to Råneå where my relatives came from, by making phone calls on my behalf. They also were happy to store my suitcase when I arrived on the 6:30 am train.

Room is decent size, clean, has everything u need, even a hairdryer. wash room is spotless clean and modern. it is very quite yet a great location. And on top of all the stuffs are awesome. Bed is comfortable and location of the hostel is perfect. Opening the door with PIN code is very comfortable.
