She was very hospitable and on our request she prepared the cookies (famous swedish kanelbullar - Charming room, secluded and in a brilliantly central location in the old town - yet out of the way. Peaceful and tranquil. The breakfasts were delicious and a real feast caterimg for all tastes. The staff were friendly and we also apprecxoated being left to our own devices.

  I stayed at this hostel for 3 night. the room was really clean and large enough, nice design and really quiet. free internet, free coffee. stuffs are really nice and kind,so helpful and friendly. other customers are also friendly.:) it is located in Gamla Stan ,i think easy to find from the subway station. The room was quite comfortable and the lockers were quite secure. Very good, powerful showers and free Internet in the lobby and free wifi all over.Location is excellent, right in the heart of Gamla Stan area and next to a fantastic Irish pub called Wirstroms. Reasonably priced too so it was excellent overall.

  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  Friendly staff!! Good vallue for money, the kitchen is very usefull (can prepare your own meals, free coffee and tea) and its in the middle of stockholm centre (gamla stan) very quiet. Also this was our second booking at 2kroner because we enjoyed the hostel so much - The personel was the best thing going for this hostel.   We had a private room (two single beds and a sink) which was pretty spacious, and the shared bathrooms/toilets were really clean and not too far away from the room at all. We had a beautiful view of the ship and the water, and the hostel and its surroundings were just stunning. - Hostel is very clean and well run.   The hotel itself is pleasant. My room was large, with a double bed, small couch, small entrance hall. The bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures. Location is excellent. The metro station is very close and it is one stop to the center. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes as well.   I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use.
