  I realy like that it was quiet and a friendly athmosphere. It was a lot of showers and wc so I never feel that I has to wait for this. It was emasing to see that it works so well to drive a hostel without staff/reception.   I loved the ambiance of staying on the boat. the bar on the top gave great views and breakfast was very good. Also the reading room was quite nice .The location was wonderful. Walkable to alot of Stockholm and we could jump on at 3 different train stations within 10 minute walk. Also the staff was excellent. Location is perfect to explore the city. We tried the standard twin-Hostel cabin: small as expected (it's a boat!) but still very comfortable and very clean.   Very great hostel in Stockholm. Average price, but great staff and the owner was very nice too. They were constantly changing the environment, new seat covers, repainting the kitchen, and so on, but they always got whatever little task there was done during the day while,most people were out.   This is a really nice hotel and one of the best I have stayed in. As others have said it is centrally situated and right across the road from the Arlanda express. My single room was really well thought out and very comfortable and practical. Breakfast was excellent, in quaility , quantitiy and variety. Nice staff,  clean room, very confortable bed, excellent shower, very good breakfast, free coffee and tea in the loby all afternoon till late at night.

  I truly enjoyed my stay at the Scandic Grand Central Hotel. Great location, very clean room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Staff were very understanding and accommodating as they met my request of having a room on the first floor as I don't take elevators. Fast Wi-Fi connection with very easy access. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm on business or leisure. - The hotel is located almost in the center, near Central station. 2 minutes walk to Arlando airport express station. Breakfast is very good, except for constant queue for hot milk (it is available from a single, very slow machine).
