When I did have a question, I picked up the phone in the lobby and spoke with very nice staff who fixed my issue.

It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers. I was visiting a company in the area and selected the hotel for convenient location, but I found more than I was hoping to find. The room was spacious enough, with a good working area.
