  Our first time in Sweden, we used Arlanda Hotellby on arrival anddeparture. Your shuttle service and breakfast in the early morning was agreat service to us. The staff at Arlanda was also very helpful. We inthe us have lost what great customer service is - Arlanda Hotellby wasexcellent. Airport shuttle driver was very kind in helping me carry my luggage to the room. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh bread and great coffee .Loved the cozy and clean room and was happy to have cable after having traveled for the previous 24-hours.

  Very good. The only problem was when we checked out you guys did not ask for the keys back andwe forgot to give them back. Is that a problem? Let me know what we should do with the plastic card key. - Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

  The hotel was very pretty on the outside, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the common kitchen was a nice idea. The staff was very helpful (we arrived after check-in time and left before the staff came to work in the morning) with organizing our check-in and check-out. - I like the hotel, becouse the place,where it is located is very quite... o que as pessoas dizem » , actually in the forest.
