The location was perfect and the staff was SO accommodating. We asked to move one of the tables out for breakfast by the pool and they instantly did it. I definitely recommend staying here since its outside the city enough that you really can take in the countryside air and sounds -

We really enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. They were very facilitating and hospitable towards us and assisted us in all ways possible. The staff were the selling point for us. This is a great hotel if you're on vacation. Everyone is so friendly and go way out of their way to make sure you get the best out of your stay in Kandy. The greatest thing ever was that I told them I'd like to take some cooking lessons in Kandy (but there's none), so their chef made some time in his busy schedule to teach me how to make curry. That was unbelievable. I can't imagine any other hotel being that intimate and friendly. -

We spent 2 nights at Hotel Suisse, really enjoyed it and were sad to leave. The hotel has so much character and a happy and relaxed atmosphere. We got in before check in time but it was no bother for the front staff. They very quickly had our room ready giving us to use the free wifi in the lobby, we were treated to an ice cold drink. Jehan went out of his way and this was reflected in the other staff members including the dining room staff. We wanted a room overlooking the pool and got it despite being busy with the esala festivities. The room was large, clean and the toilet was great.

Lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Large spacious rooms.On the hill above Kandy but quick and cheap tuk tuk ride into the centre. Bonus was free DVDs available of current films which suited us after a day travelling. -

Looks better in real life than on the pictures. Front desk quite helpful, bell boys very helpful, cheerful and polite! Room had a nice view and nice wooden floor. Nice bed and great bathtub. All amenities available, hairdryer, WiFI, Iron and board, TV, kettle. Extra bed supplied for 22 dollars extra per night. -

Everything was clean and tidy it was like almost a private villa since there was one other guest in the villa
we booked two rooms plus and extra bed it was great ,the location is a bit off Centre but I guess the closer hotels are not that good , the pictures are true and accurate. I would recommend the hotel -
