This is an amazing and beautiful villa. Might be not on the shore but I would never agree to change the room there for the one by the ocean because if you go to see this hostels, you'll be shocked by the smell and awful conditions. The owners and the staff are very kiond, cheerful and helpful wherever you ask them for assistance - and even if you don't ask for help they will volunteer. Stayed at the Villa in November 2013 for about a week. It is located in the picturesque palm grove. The rooms are clean, spacious. The staff is very nice. Come and you will not regret, optimal quality for the lowest price.
Room was very good. Alll the devices you might need available. Bathroom was big enough. Towels for beach provideed on free basis. Kitchen for use available. AC was very powerfull.

- Nishan (owner's son) was very firendly and helpful.
Everything was OK. (I was thankful for washing machine and full equipment kitchen).
Nothing.
Light was not bright enough for this big room. Some sockets in the room were not working.(including socket for refregerator).
- None cleaned our room within 6 days;
- the towels and the bedding were not very clean when we arrived;
- sometimes there was electricity cut off;
- the excursions which we bought from the owner were not excusrions, just car rent with the driver for a high price. He didn't gave us any information on the country, was mostly silent or told some non very polite jokes. These excursions were just a waste of money for us.
