The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. - It was very comfortable indeed, in the heart of Madrid, with an excellent cafe for breakfast in the hotel itself. In addition, the price for the room represented excellent value for money and if the hotel had not been fully-booked, we would have stayed longer at it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had been newly renovated and was kept extremely clean. There were two sets of double paned windows to keep out the street noise. The Museo del Jamon was right next to the hotel and is a great place to get breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee or beer/wine. We would definitely return.

I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything. The rooms have everything and include some great bonuses including free mini bar and real atmosphere from the pop art decor. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks -

"Plaza mayor". Clean rooms and bathroom at a great price.
Public parking is just 1/2 a block away. It's a great base
location to walk around Madrid. Senora Remedios and Mr Vicente are the
